Manufacturer of artisan-crafted pens, Belmont Yearling proudly contributed to Smart Restart, an organization dedicated to post-incarceration support for returning citizens. The company offered dollar-for-dollar donation matching and a generous profit percentage contribution throughout the month of September.

Artisan pen manufacturer, Belmont Yearling has renewed its charitable mission with its latest contribution to Smart Restart, an organization that offers post-incarceration support to returning citizens and their families in the form of reentry scholarships and vocational training, counseling, and more.

Throughout September of this year, Belmont Yearling conducted a donation matching program, doubling contributions from customers and fellow supporters. The manufacturer also contributed 10 percent of all profits for that month directly to Smart Restart. This particular charity was chosen as part of Belmont Yearling’s commitment to providing second chances to formerly incarcerated individuals.

The organization was reported to be exceedingly grateful and acknowledged the contribution with a certificate and published recognition on the Smart Restart website.

This latest monetary contribution is part of a long history of charitable donations and action. Belmont Yearling has also worked with Smart Restart as a second-chance employer that has worked with many program graduates.
